Choose Your Wheel Size
The X-Trail Pro is available in 27.5″ and 29″ wheel options.

Suntour Air Suspension
A Suntour X132 Air suspension fork with lockout helps absorb bumps and uneven surfaces, providing a more controlled and comfortable ride. The lockout function allows the suspension to be locked when riding on smoother surfaces.
Shimano Cues 9-Speed Gearing
The X-Trail Pro is equipped with a Shimano Cues 9-speed drivetrain, including rapid-fire shifters and an 11–36T cassette.

Ampere Delivery
Delivery time is between 3-5 working days from your date of order. Each order has a ‘Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) and test ride to ensure your electric bike is perfect.
Warranty
Ampere offers a 24-month warranty for the main parts. This covers mechanical and electrical parts including the frame, forks, seat, motor, battery and charger. The warranty is subject to proper care for and reasonable use of the electric bike. Components such as bulbs, brake pads, inner tubes, tyres, cables, etc. are regarded as consumables.

Our standard Returns Policy provides 30 days to return or exchange an eligible item. Items must be in as-new condition with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Electric Vehicle Legal Guide
There are laws surrounding the use of electric bikes and e-scooters in the UK.
Below is a clear and simple summary of the laws, so that you know how to use your electric bike/scooter safely and legally.
Electric Bikes
- DO NOT require a license
- DO NOT require insurance or registration
- Riders must be a minimum of 14 years old
- Helmets are not mandatory
- On public roads, motors should be limited to 250W
- On public roads, ebikes must be powered by pedal assist and not a throttle
- On public roads, the top speed should be limited to 25 km/h
The limit to the motor on public roads is 250W, some e bikes have settings that exceed this limit which are only to be used on private land with the landowner's permission. The assisted speed limit for e-bikes on the road is 15.5mph.
Electric Scooters
Under current UK law, privately owned electric scooters are illegal to ride on public roads. They are only to be used on private land with the landowners permission.
