Electric Bike Servicing & Repairs
E-Bike Servicing
If you’ve invested in an electric bike, to ensure your motor, battery, and components stay in top shape, regular servicing is essential.
We recommend a 30-day initial service with an expert mechanic who will teach you essential maintenance skills. Many cyclists only service their e-bikes after a problem arises, so if your 30-day service is missed, an inspection is necessary before repairs.
After this, service your e-bike every 1000 km (600 miles). Routine tasks like cleaning, and checking brakes, tyres, and the chain should be done between services.
WHAT DO WE RECOMMEND?
It’s important to us that our customers are looked after when they purchase their e-bike from us.

That’s why we have partnered with e-bike technicians nationwide to make sure our customers are cared for.
Repairs
Over time, your e-bike will likely need repairs. Common issues include flat tyres, brake adjustments, and loose parts, most of which can be handled with a bit of guidance.
We can provide plenty of e-bike repair advice. For more complex repairs, it’s best to consult a professional to ensure your e-bike is running at its best.
