Customer Reviews

Amazing! Absolutely thrilled! Highly recommend this item and Pedal & Chain, I strongly suggest you consider taking their white glove delivery, as instructions on the build seemed to be in Danish, so worth every penny to have it delivered already built. Thanks!

Excellent customer service, product didn’t arrive as scheduled, but not the fault of Pedal & Chain. Courier issues. Resolved and delivered next working day.

Awesome customer service. I’d like to express my gratitude to Rex and the rest of the team at Pedal & Chain for their exceptional customer support and aftercare. I would recommend this company again and again. Thanks again.

The bike is awesome, the service is impeccable. I needed some forgotten parts and help with my bike - nothing too much of an effort, immediate responses and lovely engineers!

Just wanted to say Pedal & Chain were brilliant when there was an issue with the third party Courier Company. Their communication was friendly and honest.

James was extremely efficient and helpful. From someone who had no idea about bikes and how schemes work. He put my mind to rest and reassured me.
