Fitted at the ARCC headquarters in Cambridge by a team of experts, the Intelligent Drive Pod uses a Bosch battery to electrify your bike and enhance your ride.
How It Works
The ARCC Intelligent Drive Pod is currently compatible for retrofitting with the following bikes:

Bespoke Conversions
As well as the current range, we can also do bespoke fittings to some bikes starting from £2,100. If you do not see your bike listed in the range then don't hesitate to get in touch (info@pedalandchain.co.uk). Previous bespoke bike retrofits include a Recumbent and The PF Mobility Side-By-Side Trike.
ARCC will honour the remainder of your Brompton’s warranty once you retrofit it.

Lightweight Upgrade
Only adding 3.9kg to the weight of the standard bike, the ARCC Intelligent Drive Pod combines Bluetooth-controlled variable power levels with automatic hill/gradient compensation, allowing commuting cyclists to choose the amount of effort both they and the motor provides; automatically compensates for hills and gradients; and provides ‘launch control’, for safety when moving away from lights and crossings in heavy traffic.
Expertly Crafted
Designed and built by our experts at ARCC, the Intelligent Drive Pod uses a readily available Bosch battery, has a range of up to 75 kilometres and boasts a unique function in its ‘launch control’ which provides the rider with a three-second boost, to help in moving away from traffic lights and crossings in heavy traffic.
Impressive Battery Life
The pod uses an industry standard 4.0 Ah, 6.0 Ah or 9.0 Ah Bosch battery, which are readily available from stores and online and have a range of up to 75km dependant on the battery used. When the battery is removed, the eBike reverts to its standard configuration and can be used as a regular bike.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
