Assembly
Amcargobikes are delivered 80% assembled. Assembly of the remaining 20% does not require any special tools. Just a wrench, hex wrench, screwdriver. 2-4 hours of work is sufficient to mount the box cycle. Detailed photo assembly manual included and expert remote help available if required.

Warranty Information
Enjoy peace of mind with a 10-Year Warranty on the frame and 2-Years on non-moving parts. This warranty does not cover wear and tear and bikes without servicing.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Electric Vehicle Legal Guide
There are laws surrounding the use of electric bikes and e-scooters in the UK.
Below is a clear and simple summary of the laws, so that you know how to use your electric bike/scooter safely and legally.
Electric Bikes
- DO NOT require a license
- DO NOT require insurance or registration
- Riders must be a minimum of 14 years old
- Helmets are not mandatory
- On public roads, motors should be limited to 250W
- On public roads, ebikes must be powered by pedal assist and not a throttle
- On public roads, the top speed should be limited to 25 km/h
The limit to the motor on public roads is 250W, some e bikes have settings that exceed this limit which are only to be used on private land with the landowner's permission. The assisted speed limit for e-bikes on the road is 15.5mph.
Electric Scooters
Under current UK law, privately owned electric scooters are illegal to ride on public roads. They are only to be used on private land with the landowners permission.
