Eskuta Delivery
Each Eskuta is hand built to order, and comes fully assembled*. Each order has a ‘Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) and test ride to ensure your Eskuta is perfect.
Delivery time is between 7-10 working days from your date of order. We will call and notify you once your order is put into production and we have you on a delivery schedule.
You will receive white glove shipping. No couriers here! Our trained delivery drivers will deliver your order to you and show you how to use and care for your Eskuta.
Northern Ireland Delivery
Please note: Delivery is not available for customers in Northern Ireland. Due to the specialist nature of the assembled, white-glove delivery service, we cannot provide this service to Northern Ireland.

Storage Pod Option
Rear 22L storage pod available for SX-250 model. Includes extended rear carrier and fixing bracket. Choose from 7 colours to match your SX-250.
We can offer the storage pod in every colour except Matt Orange. If you order the Matt Orange SX-250 with storage pod, we will provide the Matt Black storage pod.
Is the Eskuta SX-250 road legal?
You can legally ride the Eskuta SX-250 everywhere you can ride a bicycle.
This electric bike has been designed in line with UK EAPC regulations for e-bikes, the motor is 250W and the top speed is 25km/h!
Immediately you can imagine cruising around your town or city on your Eskuta SX-250. However, there are so many more uses for this versatile EAPC. On the weekends you can explore cycle paths and country roads. Or take an adventure down your local cycle route and tackle any hills and slopes with ease.

How do I charge my Eskuta?
It’s really easy! There are 2 ways:
1) Plug the adaptor directly into the charging socket on the bike.
or
2) Simply remove your lightweight lithium-ion battery and take it in your home, school, university, work or anywhere with a standard socket outlet and charge away.
Can I buy another battery so that don’t run out of charge?
Yes you can add a spare battery to your order and effectively double your range.
How safe is an Eskuta SX-250?
The SX-250 is built to exacting standards with a host of safety features as standard. As with all motorised vehicles, there a risk when riding them. We recommend that you always wear a helmet and follow the safe riding guide in the owner's manual.

Delivery times vary by brand; check the estimate for your chosen model. Free delivery on orders over £500 is subject to product exceptions, with any charges calculated at checkout. Deliveries outside the UK mainland may incur additional charges.
Our standard Returns Policy provides 30 days to return or exchange an eligible item. Items must be in as-new condition with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Brand-specific exceptions apply. Change-of-mind returns are subject to delivery costs and a restocking fee. Contact us before returning an item; see the full policy and any Cycle to Work terms. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Electric Vehicle Legal Guide
There are laws surrounding the use of electric bikes and e-scooters in the UK.
Below is a clear and simple summary of the laws, so that you know how to use your electric bike/scooter safely and legally.
Electric Bikes
- DO NOT require a license
- DO NOT require insurance or registration
- Riders must be a minimum of 14 years old
- Helmets are not mandatory
- On public roads, motors should be limited to 250W
- On public roads, ebikes must be powered by pedal assist and not a throttle
- On public roads, the top speed should be limited to 25 km/h
The limit to the motor on public roads is 250W, some e bikes have settings that exceed this limit which are only to be used on private land with the landowner's permission. The assisted speed limit for e-bikes on the road is 15.5mph.
Electric Scooters
Under current UK law, privately owned electric scooters are illegal to ride on public roads. They are only to be used on private land with the landowners permission.
