Made in Cambridge, the Rosemont Electric is a stylish, step-through town bike designed in collaboration with award winning frame builder Toby Gallagher. It combines the elegance and poise of a bygone era with state-of-the-art engineering.
Description
Its flowing lines are crafted from custom-drawn Reynolds Technology steel tubing and are hand brazed in the UK. Machined stainless steel dropouts allow for a variety of drivetrain options and combine with large 650b x 38 tyres to provide a wonderfully comfortable, yet responsive ride.
Maximum motor-assisted top speed 25 km/h (15.5 mph)
Speed limit: 25.5km/h in line with UK electric bike regulations. This means that you can ride this E-Bike anywhere that you can ride a regular push bike in the UK.
Fitted with the ARCC Intelligent Drive Pod, this combines Bluetooth-controlled variable power levels with automatic hill/gradient compensation, allowing commuting cyclists to choose the amount of effort both they and the motor provides; automatically compensates for hills and gradients; and provides ‘launch control’, for safety when moving away from lights and crossings in heavy traffic.
The pod uses an industry standard 4.0 Ah, 6.0 Ah or 9.0 Ah Bosch battery, which are readily available from stores and online, and have a range of up to 75km dependant on the battery used. When the battery is removed, the eBike reverts to its standard configuration and can be used as a regular bike.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from purchase to make sure everything is correct. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Electric Vehicle Legal Guide
There are laws surrounding the use of electric bikes and e-scooters in the UK.
Below is a clear and simple summary of the laws, so that you know how to use your electric bike/scooter safely and legally.
Electric Bikes
- DO NOT require a license
- DO NOT require insurance or registration
- Riders must be a minimum of 14 years old
- Helmets are not mandatory
- On public roads, motors should be limited to 250W
- On public roads, ebikes must be powered by pedal assist and not a throttle
- On public roads, the top speed should be limited to 25 km/h
The limit to the motor on public roads is 250W, some e bikes have settings that exceed this limit which are only to be used on private land with the landowner's permission. The assisted speed limit for e-bikes on the road is 15.5mph.
Electric Scooters
Under current UK law, privately owned electric scooters are illegal to ride on public roads. They are only to be used on private land with the landowners permission.
